President's Message
I am writing this message the day after strong storms rolled through the Triangle with tornadoes likely.
This is prime time for the Facility Management Professional. Without missing a beat, or hesitating, the FM readjusts priorities to meet the potential threat, all the while proactively communicating with management and fellow co-workers that all is in place to anticipate the worst, while hoping for the best. Once any serious danger has passed for personnel first and then the facility, the FM rolls out a recovery plan to return all to normal operations while placing the needed resources for clean-up and repairs.
It is so rewarding to be a part of a profession that has such a significant role at a crisis moment!
Randy Rabon, President 2015-2016

Member Testimonial
"After the last lunch meeting I had the opportunity to refer a potential customer to Brady Services. This entity has a cracked boiler and I learned Brady repairs/replaces boilers as a part of their suite of services at the IFMA lunch. Thanks for giving sponsors the opportunity to educate the members of services offered." ...Hayden James
Remember the Chapter has a vast number of resources to assist with every issue you may encounter, whether in the office or at home. Please reach out to one of our sponsors first. If they can’t handle it, they probably can tell you someone who can. Sponsorship Directory
