Our June Program - A Strategic Approach to Workplace Investigations

Whether dealing with a harassment complaint, workplace violence or allegations of employee misconduct, an employer must navigate a multitude of laws while conducting an effective workpace investigation.  This session will focus on Employee and Labor Relations and Risk Management by presenting tips on conducting a strategic investigation that will minimize the employer's legal exposure and help the employer reach an appropriate conclusion.

Our speaker, Rick Finberg, is a shareholder & director of the Bennett Law Firm. He represents management clients in both state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies.
