Today the Mizel Museum joins people around the world in commemorating Holocaust Remembrance Day, honoring the memory of those who suffered, died and lost loved ones during the Holocaust. Our events and exhibits are at work year-round educating our community about intolerance and injustice. Later this year the museum's Miryam Brand Holocaust Film Project will educate thousands of high school students about the Holocaust, and this year we'll see further development of the memorial landscape at Babi Yar Park, a living memorial for the victims of genocide and terrorism at the corner of Yale and Havana Streets in Denver.
