Monday Morning News Header

Good Morning from all of us at CRV,

Happy Monday!  We hope you'll enjoy the webinars and articles we have for you this week. More guidance, information and advice is being published to assist with planning and hosting meetings as we move toward full reopening.  In Connecticut the Governor has eased restrictions, allowing gatherings of up to 10 people inside and 25 people outside.  MPI CRV is here to help you successfully transition back to what we all do best - getting people together!
Remember, if you find an article or webinar you liked, send it to mpicrv@gmail.com and we'll include it in next week's email.

No longer is ‘pivoting’ as relevant as adaptability! Everyone goes back to zero when the rules change, and three months ago the rules really changed. Is it going to be a virtual world forever with live-streamed events, or is everyone just waiting for someone else to make the first move?

Don't miss this free Chapter education session!

This Week's Free Webinar to Watch:
June 2, 2:00 p.m.

Setting the Table for a Shift in Event F&B Service

The COVID-19 pandemic is like a bad magician who pulled the linen off the banquet table, leaving the settings in disarray and sending event professionals scrambling to rethink event food and beverage service. A need for greater transparency in food safety, preparation, and cleaning and sanitizing will be at the forefront of events post-pandemic. What does that look like? What information do we need to know and share? Who is responsible for managing and overseeing the changes? Join this webinar to find out how to reset the table to provide safer, cleaner, and more transparent food and beverage events.

Learning outcomes:

· Define duty of care as it applies to food safety and COVID-19

·  Learn the questions you should be asking about food safety for the front and back of the house

·  Learn how social distancing will impact F&B service
