Good morning, dear friends! We have some important information for you this week. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through all of the changes that the Coronavirus causes!
COVID-19 Updates
As a reminder, we announced that we extended the registration payment deadline from April 30 to May 31 last week. Your group will not have any late fees applied to registrations until June 1. Refer to the emails in the links to the right for all of that information.
I have stated a few times now that we are responding as information comes out regarding the virus, and we're pivoting where necessary. One of the ways that we have decided to do that is to extend the deadline to receive refunds from April 30th to May 15th. You now have until midnight on May 15 to cancel any registration and still receive a refund (minus the $100.00 non-refundable deposit). You will now have to communicate with our Registrar, Cyndy Bishop to do so, as all changes on the online system now have to go through her.
Travel Resources
Because of the virus crisis, we understand that all plans have either come to a halt or been incredibly muddled. We're in the same boat! To help give some clarity, Tana McKenna, who is our Logistics Assistant and handles travel for dozens of Higher Things staff people each summer, put together this ![]() Travel Resources document.
