What I Learned about Physician Autonomy at the ATM Machine

Hospitals Sought for Nationwide Breastfeeding Project
 Recruitment begins April 2 for Best Fed Beginnings, an initiative to help hospitals improve maternity care and increase the number of Baby-Friendly hospitals in the United States. This exciting project is for any hospital interested in working with national experts and leading hospitals to improve how they support mothers’ infant feeding decisions.

Collaborate for Healthy Weight Project Expands to 50 Locations
 Forty new teams of healthcare professionals and community leaders, from Pasadena to Philadelphia, have been selected to join Collaborate for Healthy Weight. The new groups join 10 original teams that have been working since June 2011 to improve obesity prevention and treatment in their communities.

New ADHD Toolkit Available
 NICHQ partnered with the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and its Quality Improvement Innovation Network (QuIIN) to develop an updated version of Caring for Children with ADHD: A Resource Toolkit for Clinicians.
The kit is available through the AAP bookstore.
