TV UNDERSTANDS NONPROFIT NEEDS
CSPRC thanks the specialty TV panelists who presented at our August Luncheon. Director Dennis Riggs and Marketing and Strategic Partnership Coordinator Joanna Heinrich from the Higher Education Channel (HEC TV) joined KETC TC (PBS) Vice President of Production Patrick Murphy in a discussion about the role of nonprofit TV in our community, including several of their programs that would consider coverage of nonprofit organizations.

Congratulations!
At each luncheon, CSPRC holds a drawing for a free luncheon. Please join us congratulating our July winner, Jeanne Foster. Jeanne works indepently in the Nonprofit Management area for health, education, and community.

TAG - YOU'RE IT ON FACEBOOK

Looking for ways to increase your facebook presence? Tagging in your posts is a great way to gain exposure to more than just your friends and fans.

First, "like" the facebook pages of other organizations with which you have relationships or that have causes similar to yours; CSPRC, for example. Then, when you mention another organization in your post, just type the "@" symbol before typing out their name, and the post will appear on their wall, where it can be seen by their "fans/followers." Tagging often leads to more comments and "likes" and increases the likelihood of interaction. The more feedback you get on your posts, the more likely they are to show up on other people's walls and the more "Face-time" you get for your organization.
