Message From the President
Jim Paul
I hope everyone had a fun and safe Fourth of July! Speaking of civic and patriotic holidays and duties, I had the interesting opportunity to serve on a jury in a medical malpractice case in the Circuit Court for St. Louis County last month. Attorneys are routinely kicked off (or "de-selected") from jury service by one or both parties in a case. Since I was Juror #12 (out of 12), it appears that the parties/attorneys simply ran out of their opportunities to kick me off and got stuck with me. Click here to read the full article.

When making key business decisions, it is important to have objective data to assist in making a good decision. When making financial decisions, you review historical and projected numbers. When making decisions about your health, you consider the metrics like blood pressure. When considering a large purchase, you compare and contrast the options based on objective data. But what about when you build your dream team at work?

Join us for an informative session on the use of assessments to improve decision-making when hiring and managing employees. Click here for more information and to register.
