Court Overrules EPA Action on Agricultural Stormwater

In a significant victory for farmers across the country, a federal district court in West Virginia has ruled in favor of poultry farmer Lois Alt, the American Farm Bureau Federation and the West Virginia Farm Bureau in a lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency.

High-fenced Hunting Case Update
|
On October 15, Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller’s office filed a notice of appeal challenging Harrison County Circuit Court Judge John Evans’ September 27, 2013, ruling in favor of Whitetail Bluff (Rodney Bruce).
Bruce operates a high-fenced hunting operation on 116 acres surrounded by an 8-foot fence in Harrison County. Bruce has made significant investment in the property, including facilities for hosting hunters and the purchase of whitetail deer and elk.
