Programme - Mentors The BoardAgender Women’s Director Mentoring Programme will be a six-month Programme, running from July 2021 to December 2021, with Mentors and Mentees meeting monthly, at times agreed between them. In addition, the Programme will also include development sessions for both Mentees and Mentors. The formal Mentor development sessions include: • MasterClass session for Mentors –12 July 2021, 4pm to 6pm • Mentor learning pod – tentatively slated for October. Date to be confirmed. • Other events and sessions – 1 hour a month from July to December 2021 Please note that as a Mentor, attendance for the MasterClass session, learning pod, and other events and sessions are not compulsory. However, we encourage Mentors to attend these events and sessions to make the most of their mentoring experience. Programme - Mentees The formal Mentee development sessions include: • Mentee briefing session – 28 June 2021, 5pm to 6.30pm • MasterClass sessions for Mentees – 2 half-day sessions on 3 July 2021 and 10 July 2021, 9.30am to 12.30pm • Other mentee events and workshops – 1 hour a month from July to December 2021 Mentors and Mentees will also be invited to attend the Programme closing event held on 8 December 2021.
