Duqm offers many competitive advantages and incentives including but not limited to 100% freehold by foreigners, renewable tax exemption for up to 30 years, and 50-year renewable land usage. Duqm’s master plan has the city divided into several zones: petrochemical, shipping, tourism, and fishing, among others, which offer a wide number of business opportunities for U.S. investors.
