Doing Business in Colombia Roadshow

In preparation for the upcoming Export Sales Mission to Colombia Enterprise Florida will be hosting a Doing Business in Colombia Roadshow from May 14 – 17, 2019.

With nearly $7 billion in two-way trade, Florida accounts for 24 percent of all U.S. trade with Colombia – more than any other state. Florida exported nearly $4.4 billion of merchandise to Colombia in 2018, making the country Florida’s second-largest export market. Florida companies looking to increase their footprint in the Colombian market are well-positioned to benefit from these opportunities!


During the roadshow, companies will learn about:
  • The economic, political, and social environment of the country
  • Best export opportunities for Florida companies
  • Application process for the upcoming Export Sales Mission and eligibility requirements for the Gold Key/Matchmaker Grant that covers 100% of the Participation Fee for qualified companies

Export Sales Mission to Vietnam
May 31 - June 8, 2019 | Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam


Enterprise Florida will lead a delegation of Florida manufacturers and services providers to further trade relations between the U.S. and Vietnam. The U.S. is now Vietnam’s largest export market and a major source of foreign direct investment, helping fuel Vietnam’s remarkable economic growth. Enterprise Florida is collaborating with the U.S. Commercial Service (USCS) in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi to coordinate the mission and facilitate business-to-business meetings utilizing the Gold Key Service for the Florida participants. Small and medium-sized companies may qualify for an Enterprise Florida Gold Key Grant which will offset 100% of the Gold Key Service fee.

International Paris Air Show 2019

The International Paris Air Show is among the world’s largest air shows, and the show attracts companies representing the aviation, aerospace and defense sectors. It offers exhibitors a unique opportunity to market directly to both existing and new customers. Enterprise Florida, Inc. (EFI) has hosted a Florida Pavilion at the Air Show for more than 20-years, and as a result, occupies a prime location in Hall 3. FIME 2019

Sydney International Boat Show

SIBS is the largest boat show in the southern hemisphere, and caters to 60,000 visitors annually. Dubai Airshow 2019

The 2017 Dubai Airshow was the 15th edition since the show began in the late 80’s. Export Sales Mission to Colombia

Colombia is the fourth-largest economy in Latin America and has the third-largest population in the region with approximately 49 million citizens. Since the implementation of the U.S.-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement in May 2012, U.S. and Florida exporters have seen tariffs eliminated on over 80 percent of consumer and industrial goods exports to the country.
