Reimbursable Gold Key / Business Matchmaking Grants Available Through an initiative of the State of Florida and Enterprise Florida, Inc., eligible small and medium-sized manufacturers and professional services providers can apply for a Gold Key/Matchmaking Grant to help them generate or increase export sales overseas. The grant serves as a market development tool for companies that are new-or-infrequent exporters by subsidizing the cost of meeting with pre-screened and pre-qualified buyers, agents, importers, and representatives with an interest in their products or services. Many of Florida’s top medical companies will promote their goods and services from the Florida Pavilion for the 23rd consecutive year. MEDICA 2016 featured 5,000 exhibitors, two-thirds of them from abroad. The show attracted 130,000 visitors from nearly 120 countries; 40% were from countries other than Germany. Over 5,000 exhibitors utilize this show as a launch platform for new products and services as well as showcasing new developments. Arab Health attracts decision-makers from the region’s healthcare sector. Arab Health 2017 attracted 115,000 visitors from over 64 countries around the world, including medical staff, hospital management, and dealer distributors. The largest number came from the United Arab Emirates, with other attendees coming from Saudi Arabia, Quatar, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman, and Kuwait.
