L. Harrison_MG_0643 (2)

Hello,

I hope you ended your fiscal year successfully and are enjoying your summer! Please make plans to attend our upcoming program on Tuesday, July 17 when Anna Goldenberg from TrueImpact Coaching will present on Peer Coaching for Fundraising Success! And, attend our summer social on July 25 at Smartmouth’s newest beach location!

Thank you to Keith Curtis, President of The Curtis Group and Wendy McGrady, Executive Vice President of The Curtis Group for their presentation on Giving USA: The Annual Report of Philanthropy for the Year 2017. For a brief summary, key takeaways and action steps please click here.

As a reminder, the AFP member newsletter is full of great tips and ideas. I especially thought the listing of AFP Top Ten Fundraising Tips for the week: Summer Stewardship, Instagram Captions, Volunteer and Board Member Recruitment & More was interesting reading material! Click here to learn more.

Don’t forget to visit our new website afp-hr.org to register as a National Philanthropy Day sponsor, sign up to attend a meeting, or visit our job center.

I look forward to seeing you soon!

Laurie Harrison
