BIO

TOPIC
"Lead From the Right"
It’s the New Year which means new goals, new targets, new KPI’s, new results, and new challenges.

Every day you are asked to deliver these results.  But the one thing that has the most impact on your success, and is the hardest to predict, is the impact human behavior has on your ability to deliver these outcomes.

One of the biggest (and most consistent) challenges in leadership is the ability to connect leaders and employees emotionally, which is at the core of what drives operational success.  Most managers ‘manage people and lead processes’.

Organizations that flip that script, and focus on ‘leading people and managing processes’, win the battle for talent, and drive employee engagement at the highest level.

This program "Lead From The Right” will show you how to focus on right brain leadership.  You will leave with a few simple strategies that can have an immediate impact on your team.  Start 2020 by inspiring a team that wants to fight for you and your goals.
