Andre Birotte, Jr. (JD '91) Confirmed as Federal District Judge. On August 8, Andre Birotte, Jr. took the oath of office to become a United States District Court Judge in the Central District of California. Birotte is the third Pepperdine Law graduate to be confirmed as a federal judge in two years. More.
