2019 February Newsletter-libya shot 2-18

The Libyan government has earmarked $50 billion in this year’s budget to upgrade outdated facilities and improve its oil and gas production and downstream operations. The Bilateral Chamber is pleased to invite you to join us for a roundtable discussion on the current state of affairs in Libya from the perspective of a member of the Libyan Parliament and from the Libyan Governor representative to OPEC.
