Meet the AdvancED Indiana Operations Office

The AdvancED Indiana Operations Office has had some changes in staff. Meet our newly organized team:

Dr. Jennifer Horvath, formerly Associate Director, took over as Director of AdvancED Indiana in June after the retirement of Leslie Ballard. Jennifer has been with AdvancED for seven years and is excited to lead Indiana institutions throughout the AdvancED Improvement Network on their continuous improvement journey.

Rachael Havey joined AdvancED Indiana in July as the new School Improvement Specialist. Rachael has been a classroom teacher, team leader, leadership team member, and building coach as well as worked to support schools with school improvement planning, funding, and efforts. She has been volunteering with AdvancED through Diagnostic Review work for over three years. Rachael is excited to meet more institutions in the AdvancED Improvement Network in Indiana and support the continuous improvement efforts of our schools.

Lori Craig has been a part of the AdvancED Indiana Office for five years. As our Coordinator, Lori is often your first point of contact with our office and keeps things running smoothly. She handles everything from scheduling reviews to planning our fall conference. Lori is excited to begin working more with Engagement Reviews and supporting institutions through the continuous improvement process this year.
