All Members- Register for Congress of Delegates Discussion- Oct. 5
The first meeting of the Congress of Delegates will be via conference call and webinar and will be held on Thursday, October 5, at 6 pm. All members are invited and encouraged to attend. The second session of the Congress of Delegates will be from 8 am until 12:30 pm on Saturday, October 28, at the GAFP Annual Meeting at the Westin Buckhead in Atlanta.

Jennifer J. Konstanzer Joins the Georgia Healthy Family Alliance as Director of Philanthropy
The Georgia Healthy Family Alliance (GHFA) Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that Jennifer Konstanzer has been named the Director of Philanthropy. This new position will support the “Your Giving is Great Medicine” five-year capital campaign aimed at expanding the reach and funding of the Community Health Grant program and Tar Wars in communities where Georgia Academy of Family Physicians (GAFP) members live and serve.

GAFP Annual Financial Report
Under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) section 6104, tax exempt entities must make their tax returns public and available at the organization’s principal office. The public is free to review the 2014, 2015 and 2016 tax filings for both the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians and the Georgia Healthy Family Alliance during regular business hours – Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
