Message From the President

|
Greetings HRMA! I hope your Spring is getting off to a wonderful start! While baseball season is upon us, the talk will be football at our April meeting. Jodie Cunningham, former Director of Employee Experience for the St. Louis/Los Angeles Rams, will be giving HRMA members the "inside scoop" on the move to L.A. from an HR perspective. It should be a fascinating (and hopefully cathartic) presentation! Click here to read more.

April 19th Breakfast Meeting - Change & Transition Leadership
|
We will never forget the headline...January 12, 2016 ST. LOUIS: "NFL Owners Approve Rams Return to Los Angeles." But what is the HR story behind the headline?
What does it take to move an NFL franchise half way across the country? What needs to be considered? What are the impacts? Join us for a look into a story of unparalleled organizational change and transformation as the St. Louis Rams moved back to LA to become the Los Angeles Rams. Jodie Cunningham, former Director of Employee Experience for the St. Louis Rams/Los Angeles Rams, will share that story and the lessons learned along the way in the areas of effective communication, downsizing and layoffs, strategic workforce planning and transition leadership.
This session has been approved for 1.25 hours of Business HRCI Credit, and is eligible for 1.25 hours of SHRM Certification Credit.
