MPI conducts the annual Membership and Chapter Satisfaction Survey for one simple reason: to improve the way our association operates so that members receive the maximum benefit for their investment. This survey is one of the most important tools we have for capturing the thoughts of MPI members. Every MPI member should have received an e-mail with their unique link to participate in the survey.
The number of MPI-CAC responses as well as the scores have a direct impact on the finances of the chapter.
