When Mandy Wieneke Niedenfuehr was a child, she dreamed one day of becoming an airplane pilot.  When less-than-perfect eyesight doused that dream, she began studying the tourism industry.  An internship landed her a front desk job and she has been hooked on the hospitality industry ever since and is currently the External Sales Manager for Levy Restaurants at America’s Center & Edward Jones Dome. Click here to read more.

 Meet Abby Niebur, a senior at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She is currently working toward a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Administration with a specialization in Event Planning and Management. Upon completing her internship with the St. Louis Cardinals Special Events Department, Abby is currently working on campus as a student assistant helping with Marketing for the Office of Distance Education and Off-Campus Programs. “What I enjoy most about the Hospitality and Tourism program at SIU is the interactive learning experiences that I have had during my fours years here.” Click here to read more.
