We're looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDR) who are ready to jump-start their career at Cvent. You'll be joining a team of bright, driven, competitive sales professionals who are hungry to make an impact at Cvent and on their own career. As a Cvent SDR, you will be provided with world-class development opportunities to equip you for the next level in your career.
All SDRs step into the Cvent Sales Development Program, a multi-year on-the-job and classroom training curriculum that prepares employees to ascend into leadership roles. Beginning with four weeks of extensive sales training, we prepare you to step out onto the sales floor and start reaching out to prospective clients. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects, and you'll then work side by side with your Sales Executive to turn those contacts into customers.
The prerequisites for joining our various technology teams are simple – We care more about your attitude and aptitude than the specific tools and technologies you have used in the past. Whether you have a strong passion for software development and take pride in your coding, have a curious mindset and are always looking to understand why and how something works the way it does, or love to solve problems that involve cloud technologies – we have a place for you!
We're looking for Client Success Advisors who are ready to take the first steps toward leadership roles at Cvent. As an Advisor, you will join our dynamic, close-knit Client Services department and gain best-in-class customer service experience. My name is Lauren Simoncic and I am a Campus Recruiter at Cvent. I graduated from James Madison University in May 2015 with a degree is Hospitality Management and have worked at Cvent ever since. As a student, I went through the Cvent campus recruiting process myself and started my career in Client Services. While attending a career fair as a Client Services representative, it was then that I realized I have a passion for helping students find job opportunities as they take their first steps in their careers. Specifically, I manage the campus recruiting process on the non-technical side for Sales and Client Services. Here at Cvent, I feel like I make an impact and it’s exciting to know that I am helping others join the Cvent family to do the same!
My name is Sam Arbetter and I am a Campus Recruiter at Cvent. I graduated from The George Washington University in May 2016 with a degree in Organizational Sciences and Business Administration. Throughout my four years at GW, I worked with the Admissions office where I realized my love for helping students determine the next step in their path.
