You will also better understand your venue's visibility on the Supplier Network, as well as how a meeting planner sends an RFP, receives responses, and compares them side by side before awarding.
Part 2: Marketing to the Right Audience
Competition within online networks is higher than ever, so it is important to learn how to stand out in the right ways. Learn how your profile appears to the Cvent meeting planner and how to take it to the next level. We take a consultative look into how an enhanced profile increases not only your profile completion score, but also your chance of receiving business. Lastly, this session will provide tips for create a compelling and attractive meetings promotion.
Part 3: Inbound Lead Management
The right account set up is imperative to a successful sales process and the first step to success with Cvent. We will review how to update user access and permissions, how to assign and prioritize inbound leads, and other helpful practices that will help your sales team manage leads in the most efficient way possible.
Part 4: Increasing Conversion Rates
The foundation of Cvent Certification is winning more business, and creating a great proposal is an essential piece to increasing your lead conversion. We will discuss what planners want to see in e-proposals, understand how to identify your audience and their needs before creating a bid, and explain what it takes to create a standout proposal while saving time. These handy tips and tricks will not only benefit you, but your property as a whole.

All training materials will be provided to you, be sure to pay close attention to the training, take notes on the guide provided and review the certification objectives.
If you have chosen the online certification program, a link will be made available via email to all training videos. There is a series of four videos, each 30 minutes-45 minutes in length.
The cost ranges between $375-$500 depending on the program used to become certified. Online training and certification is available at $375. If you choose to attend a live training session with our Cvent Client Services team, this can cost up to $500.
You must pay online with a credit card. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards are accepted.
There are four training classes that you will watch on video (if online) or attend (if in person) and each will last between 30-45 minutes in length, including recommended time to complete activities. The test contains 40 multiple choice questions, all self-paced. Overall, training and certification should not take more than half of a work day total, whether online or in-person.
You must answer at least 80% of the questions correctly in order to pass the exam.
Your score will be emailed to you immediately upon completion of each exam. You will be emailed a link to download your official certificate within five business days.
If you do not pass the exam, you can register to retake that exam for a fee of $150. You can register for the retake test at any time, and all the same resources will be made available to assist you.
The Cvent Supplier Professional Certification is valid for two years. You will have the ability to renew your certification once it expires.
Upon receiving your official certificate of completion, we encourage you to display the honor on your LinkedIn profile, professional email signature and/or business cards, and within your Cvent user profile. We'll send you instructions with everything you'll need to know.
