Collaboration is key

Bucknell University uses Cvent to engage alumni before, during, and after their events. In addition to campus events, the events team supports diverse regional alumni chapter events such as game watches, community service opportunities, and professional networking dinners.

There are currently 15 account users who use Cvent’s tools to communicate important financial, marketing, and event data to hundreds of stakeholders with parked reports. They’ve saved time and headaches with the help of straightforward and easily accessible reporting.

After incorporating easy planning and reporting systems, Bucknell wants to use more Cvent products like mobile, and the OnArrival check-in app. Their various events and widespread alumni network continue to grow, which means their planning and launching processes are always developing to stay ahead.
