Cvent Registration

Whether you’re planning an in-person, virtual, or hybrid event, the attendee experience typically starts at the same place: registration. The process needs to be user-friendly and personalized to encourage invitees to complete registration, while collecting the right details for event organizers. Cvent Registration allows you to create custom registration experiences for your events right from our Event Marketing and Management Platform.

Build branded registration experiences

Having a centralized command center to manage all your Cvent solutions means that designing a branded registration experience is simple. You can create and clone templates or previous events, so that your team is never starting from scratch. 

Account theming ensures that the proper branding, such as your color palette and fonts, is applied across all your event assets, including your website, emails, and registration process. 

You can use our drag-and-drop site designer to create your registration process without any technical experience or use code widgets to further customize with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.

Create custom experiences with registration paths

Your event may have distinct audiences, such as VIPs, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors, and staff, with different needs. Registration paths allow you to create personalized experiences based on attendee profile, audience type, or audience segment. 

You’ll be able to create relevant experiences and drive registration completion and collect the right details from each invitee. You’ll have the flexibility to create paths with different registration questions, pricing, session options, and more.

Convert your audiences into registrants

Know where registrants are coming from and which marketing tactics are most successful using code snippets and Reference IDs. You can also embed your registration on an external website and use your targeted contact lists to send email invites right from Cvent. Data tags can personalize those emails at scale and drive each contact to the correct path with their information prepopulated to make registration even easier. 

You’ll know if a contact starts but doesn’t complete registration – an abandoned registration. In these instances, you can trigger a reminder email to encourage them finish registration.

Empower attendees to manage their event experiences

Allow attendees to manage their own event registration. After they register, they’ll be able to modify or transfer their registration, update the sessions on their agenda, submit payments, and even register their group or guests.

Report on your key event data
