Ed Benack brings extensive, global leadership experience in the tech industry where he has managed multiple award-winning organizations. Before joining Cvent, Ed was CIO and Chief Customer Officer at Acronis, where he and his team garnered some of the industry's most prestigious awards. He also served as SVP of Customer Experience and Services for Monster Worldwide.
Before Monster, Ed was General Manager of Customer Service for Microsoft and founded Microsoft's first Global Technical Support Center while living in India. Prior to that, he held senior roles within Microsoft's Information Technology Group. Prior to joining the corporate world, Ed was a US Army Officer.
He holds an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University and a BA in Mathematics and Political Science from Bucknell University.
