Our personal brand is what people say about us when we're not around. Some of us do a better job of helping others know what our brand is, and some of us let other people formulate it for us. In an age where the power of your network and your brand are increasingly important for career progression and new opportunities, it's important that we understand how to stand out among the crowd.

Radical authenticity is the practice of knowing deeply who you are, accepting the good, bad, weird, and ugly of ourselves, and from there, being willing to share our unique gifts with the world. Using this lens, we focus on your ability to activate your success based on individuality, not imitation.

In this one-hour webinar, we will discuss the increasing need for us to develop and communicate our personal brand to others along with how to use Radical Authenticity as a means of discovering how to shape and develop our unique proposition for creating value for our companies, clients, and the world around us.
