A sensory Wine and Spice pairing that has been hailed as Top 10 (USA Today) and rated the highest in Paso Robles (Yelp, Google, Trip Advisor). The style of the wine is in keeping with the old world, minimalist and authentic, expressed through contemporary blends and single-varietal Reserves.
More than a typical tasting—LXV’s wine and spice flights are a curated journey of the senses. We will take a deep dive into Paso’s varied sub-appellations, the influence of weather patterns, selection of clones, and old-world philosophy of winemaking.
10% of all sales go to RISE, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides crisis intervention and treatment services to survivors of sexual and intimate partner violence and their loved ones.
