Accepted abstracts must have a presenter in attendance during conference session breaks on Saturday, April 4, 2020 to present their poster(s).
It is not mandatory that the first author be pre-registered and present; the presenter may be any of the contributing authors or a colleague.
Author associated with an abstract must register for the conference and are responsible for all travel expenses (airfare, hotel, etc.) associated with presenting at the meeting. The conference registration is separate from the abstract submission. Abstracts will be removed from the conference if author(s) are not registered for the conference by 03/02/2020. If a presenter(s) withdraws from the conference the poster submission will be removed.
Note our Faculty Program: We recognize the important role of academic faculty in preparing the next generation of NP leaders, and as a show of support, we offer one free conference registration per 24-month period to full-time faculty of NP academic programs. A limited number of seats are put aside at each conference for faculty taking advantage of this NPACE Perk.
All abstracts will be reviewed and selected based on criteria requirements by an NPACE nurse planner. This will ensure adherence to ANCC Commission on Accreditation CE provider guidelines.
Upon acceptance of an abstract, presenters will receive a presenter agreement with dates and guidelines. This agreement will need to be signed and returned to NPACE within one week of receipt of email notification of poster acceptance. Failure to return agreement will result in removal of the abstract from the presentation.
