2019 Joint Accreditation Leadership Summit

Joint Accreditation is hosting our 5th Annual Leadership Summit - "Let's Go Team! Planning Education for Maximum Impact!" - on Friday, September 20th, 2019 at the ACCME offices in Chicago.

This year's Joint Accreditation Leadership Summit is a continuation of our effort to build a strong community of practice for jointly accredited providers. The goal of the meeting is to bring together leaders in interprofessional education and jointly accredited providers to explore the nuts and bolts of planning and evaluation across different types of activities and different learning environments. Together we'll build strategies around educational methodology that demonstrates excellence in identifying professional practice gaps of teams, choosing formats for learning that will be most effective for the team, facilitating planning processes that highlight the roles of team members, and evaluating changes in the team. We are looking forward to welcoming at least one representative (or better yet an interprofessional team) from each of our jointly accredited providers!

In addition to the Summit on Friday, please join us at the ACCME offices for a reception on the evening of Thursday, September 19th in honor of our colleague Peter Vlasses, PharmD, DSc (hon), FCCP, on his distinguished career as Executive Director of ACPE!
