Questions & Answers

Question: What meals are included?

On Monday, we will provide Breakfast, lunch and a BBQ dinner at the reception.

On Tuesday, we provide Breakfast, Lunch and we host dine arounds, but they are separate checks.  Basically we make reservations and attendees can join those reservations, but separate checks are provided as many states cannot have corporate members buy dinner.

On Wednesday, it’s breakfast only.

Question: What should I wear?

Be comfortable. NASCA encourage everyone to dress casually. We can’t stop you from wearing business formal attire, but being relaxed is part of the culture at NASCA.

On Monday night, our reception will be an Oklahoma barbecue with live country music, so boots, hats or caps, and pearl snaps are encouraged.

If you are worried about weather, don’t be. We are in between our severe weather seasons, so expect pleasantly warm days in the 80s and perfect patio nights in the 60s and 70s.
