As Soon As You Can

  • Make sure you have read the Speaker Guidelines and Speakers Agreement  
  • You will be asked to sign the Speakers Agreement onsite at registration
  • Register for the Spring Conference based on your sponsorship level or state membership
  • Arrange for your hotel accommodations. This action item is not done through NASCA unless you are a state member.
  • Stay connected via social media with #NASCA19 on twitter at @NASCAOrg

Friday, April 5

  • Check the website for listed session to make certain that the session content tightly aligns to the attendees’ expectations per the outcomes promised
  • Confirm you are registered for the Spring Conference based on your sponsorship level or state membership


Monday, April 22

  • All session material are due. PowerPoints, Educational print or digital materials for the resource library.
  • PowerPoints should be in the NASCA template. There is a place for logo placement. Contact Jamie Rodgers for questions as the materials will live in the NASCA resource library post conference and should be aligned with NASCA brand.

Onsite

  • If you are onsite Monday, May 6 from 7:00-7:30 PM we ask that one member from your organization attend the content leader briefing and walk through
  • For logistical questions onsite please find Kayla Leslie at the A/V table in the main session room
