Due to Covid-19, this event is postponed until May 25-26, 2021.

It has been difficult trying to predict the trajectory of Covid-19 infections and the business ramifications of the pandemic. The Governor of Illinois recently issued an Executive Order cancelling all meetings over 10 people, closing non-essential business and prohibiting non-essential travel until at least April 7th. Many expect the order to be extended.

Between this business reality and because it’s the right thing to do for safety reasons, we are postponing the Protein Trends & Technologies Seminar until May 25-26, 2021. Please, reserve the date. We expect many of the speakers scheduled for 2020 to confirm their participation at that event.
