Coronavirus (COVID-19) - 2020 Event Cancellation

Unfortunately, due to the accelerating pace and breadth of the spread of the coronavirus, Global Food Forums has made the very tough decision to cancel the 2020 Sweetener Systems Conference (March 24) and the 2020 Clean Label Conference (March 25-26), Itasca, Ill.

Our primary concern has always been the health and safety of our attendees and speakers. Given the recent explosion of travel and meeting restrictions, university closures, heightened warnings by government officials, rapid increase in the number of infections and the extremely contagious nature of this virus, Global Food Forums cannot guarantee the safety of its loyal attendees.

The Clean Label Conference (Wednesday, March 25 to Thursday, March 26, 2020, Itasca, Illinois, USA) is the industry’s only product development event dedicated to providing practical, impartial, “how-to” formulation advice to R&D and applied food scientists striving to create simplified ingredient labels.

  • 10 general session speakers on key clean label ingredient technologies, consumer trend insights and much more. Speakers are non-supplier aligned and experts on their topics.

  • 21 Technology Snapshot presentations on new, ground-breaking clean label ingredients to assist in the formulation of safe, convenient, sensory-pleasing foods and beverage. Ingredients profiled are jury selected.

  • Nine casual networking activities (including customized "clean"  two breakfasts, morning breaks, lunches, receptions and afternoon breaks) will enable you to network with peers, leading food science experts and ingredient vendors including 35 knowledgeable tabletop exhibitors.
