30th CRC Real World Emissions Workshop

Question: How will I know you’ve received my abstract?
Answer: You should receive an e-mail confirmation from Cvent upon completion of your submission. Occasionally emails from Cvent can hide in junk or spam folders. If you do not receive a confirmation within one business day, please contact us right away. Call Rebecca Bougher at 678.795.0506 x101 or e-mail her at rbougher@crcao.org.

Answer: You should receive an e-mail notice from us by mid-November 2019, telling you if your submission has been accepted, what format it has been given (Platform Presentation, Lightning Talk, or Poster), and to what session it has been assigned. Status of your submission can be checked at any time by logging into the Abstract Submission page. If you do not receive this notice by the deadline, please contact Rebecca Bougher at 678.795.0506 x101 or e-mail her at rbougher@crcao.org

Question: Can my spouse or guest attend the Monday evening dinner?
Answer: Yes, for an additional fee of $50.00. Advance registration is required. Click the “Add Guest” button during registration. You may send payment with the registration fee, or pay the guest fee separately at registration.
Question: I’m a speaker. Do I still have to register?
Answer: Yes, all presenters (speakers and posters) must register and pay the workshop fee.
Question: Will my presentation be published?

Yes, unless you request that it not be included. Information from abstracts may be used in the preparation of a summary article on the workshop which is submitted for publication in JAWMA, the Journal of the Air & Waste Management Association. Additionally, the abstracts are published in a compilation that is distributed electronically to all registered participants prior to the start of the workshop.

All publications produced for the workshop, including abstracts, full papers and presentation slides will be published in a conference proceedings volume to be made available to workshop attendees as soon as possible following the Workshop and eventually available for purchase via the CRC website.

By submitting an abstract and making a presentation at the workshop, presenters are agreeing to have their work distributed in this way, unless CRC receives a written request to have materials withheld from publication prior to release of the proceedings.
