The events of 2020 have presented new challenges for women faculty in medicine and science seeking promotion and career advancement creating significant barriers to achieving success that can be difficult to overcome. How can you gain the visibility you need to achieve your professional goals while striving to balance your additional personal and professional responsibilities in an uncertain and continuously evolving environment? This new seminar, designed to support women faculty in a virtual setting until the in-person early and mid-career women faculty seminars resume, will provide you with strategies for overcoming these challenges and more.
What to ExpectOver the course of three days, you’ll take part in engaging plenary sessions, interactive small group breakouts, and will have ample opportunities to network with peers facing similar challenges in a virtual setting. Specific seminar topics that will be covered include:
