AP Seminars Silicon Valley ONLINE Week 1 (7/19/21-7/22/21)

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic,  Computer Science Principles will be offered as a 4-day online institute. We have been approved by the College Board to offer either an on-site or online APSI and will begin accepting registrations on January 1, 2021. Please feel free to contact us at Duane@APSeminars.com if you have any questions.

Please note that there are two websites involved in managing your registration/participation in AP Seminars Silicon Valley.  The one you are in now is the AP Seminars Registration site ("Cvent").  You initiate the registration process here.  While there are many details about AP Seminars on this  site, much additional information can be found on the AP Seminars Silicon Valley website.  We suggest that you bookmark both websites.

When you are ready to register, scroll down to the   Register   button at the bottom right of this page. Remember that you must click "Finish" at the end of the Registration Form to have your registration submitted.

[Note that you must have an Educator Professional Login (EPL) in order to register.  If you do not have an EPL, please visit the College Board Sign-in Page to obtain one. Call the CB Call Center, 703-297-3963, for support.]

Additional Information

The College Board-endorsed AP Summer Institutes provide teachers with in-depth training in AP courses and teaching strategies. Participants engage in 30 hours of pedagogical and content rich training led by College Board-endorsed consultants and receive printed materials, including course outlines ; content-related handouts; and student samples, scoring guidelines, and commentary for the most recent AP Exam free-response questions. Many locations offer guest speakers, field trips, and other hands-on activities.

Each institute is managed individually by staff at the sponsoring institution under the guidelines provided by the College Board. Please contact the individual locations for detailed information about their course offerings. Because these workshops are not managed by College Board, IACET/College Board continuing education units cannot be offered to participants. Contact the individual locations for more information on continuing education units offered.

All payments and financial settlements are handled by the endorsed APSI. Please submit offline payments directly to the APSI and not the College Board.  All questions regarding payments and status of registration must be directed to individual endorsed APSI sites.
