APSI Northeastern State University Week 3 - Online 2021

When registration opens: Feb. 1, 2021

Acknowledgment of Enrollment: Once you register for a course through our website, you will be enrolled in the course. An enrollment acknowledgment will immediately be sent to the email address on your account showing payment confirmation or including instructions for submitting payment via check. In some cases, a course may be full, and you will have the option of getting on a waiting list. A waiting list is automatically created for a course once it has filled to capacity. If a spot should become available in that filled course, and you are next on the waiting list, you will receive an email to the email address on file with instructions for completing registration for that specific course. Cost for Oklahoma public school teachers: 

The cost of each session is $715.00 The $665 Institute Fee will be covered by the Oklahoma State Department of Education for Oklahoma public school teachers under contract.

There is a $50 non-refundable Registration Deposit is due with the registration form and is to be paid by check or credit card. 

 

Cost for teachers from out-of-state, not under contract, or from a privately funded school:  The $50 non-refundable Registration Deposit is due with the registration form and is to be paid by check or credit card.  You may also pay the total $715, which includes the $665 Institute Fee.

If your school wishes to submit a purchase order for the $665 Institute Fee, please send it along with your registration form and $50 Registration Deposit (check or credit card). 

College Board® scholarship recipients:  If you are a College Board scholarship recipient, you will need to submit your registration form along with the $50 non-refundable Registration Deposit to our office.  Our office will invoice College Board for your $665 Institute Fee.

How to register and pay:

The registration links are organized by session dates. By clicking on a session link, you will be directed to the registration portal on the College Board website. Participant registration is linked to the participant’s College Board account. If the participant does not have a College Board account, one will need to be created in order to continue registration for APSI

$50 non refundable deposit is needed to complete registration.


NSU Continuing Education accepts payments of credit card, check, and Purchase Order. College Board scholarships are also accepted. Mailing information will be provided during the registration process.

Participant registration will remain in a pending status until payment has been received. Only after the payment has been received, will the participant be fully enrolled in the course.

Cancellation Policy:

For registrations who pay full non- state dept-subsidized fee, NSU will provide a $665 refund to registrants who cancel by the registration deadline. There is a $50 non-refundable deposits. Cancellations that occur after the registration deadline will not receive a refund. In addition, registrants who fail to show up for their sessions are not eligible for a refund.

Schools may substitute a paid participant with another teacher in the same course without penalty. All cancellations, modifications, and substitutions should be made online through the registration portal.

Sharing of Information: We attach great importance to protecting our attendees’ personal data and maintaining privacy.  We will not sell your personal information to outside parties. This event is being sponsored or co-sponsored by the College Board and the Oklahoma State Department of Education, with which we will share attendees’ directory information.  Information will also be provided to your school district, if requested. By registering for this institute, you consent to this use of your directory information.

Receiving Materials: Materials will ship three and a half weeks before the start of the class. For those who do not qualify for reduced tuition, a school PO or payment must be made prior to materials being shipped out.
