Overview
CFA Society Toronto welcomes all Regular Members on 18 November 2020 to join together virtually for the Annual Meeting followed by a Virtual Mixology Workshop with BarChef and networking. The purpose of this meeting will be:

To elect directors and officers
To review the Financial Statements of the Corporation for the year ended June 30, 2020 and the Auditors' report thereon, and
Appoint the auditors of the Society and authorize the Directors to fix their remuneration
To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof
Network with Staff, Board, Volunteers and fellow Members

Who Should Attend
All CFA Society Toronto Regular Members are welcome to attend this meeting.

In order to cast this proxy, you must be a Regular Member In Good Standing of CFA Society Toronto as of 30 September 2020
Voting of proxy must be completed online by noon, Tuesday 17 November 2020. No live voting will happen at the event
