Joshua E Marineau is an assistant professor of management at North Dakota State University’s College of Business. He received his PhD from the University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business and Economics.  His primary teaching areas are organizational behavior and negotiations. His research interests include the study of power, leadership, entrepreneurship, and interpersonal conflict from a social network perspective.

Dr. Nganje is chairman and professor for the Agribusiness and Applied Economics Department, NDSU.  Prior to joining NDSU, he was on the faculty of Arizona State University.  Dr. Nganje served in leadership roles on the Western Extension and Research Activity Committee on Agribusiness, and for the AAEA-Food Safety and Nutrition group.  He holds a number of awards for his research publications and teaching.  He is a Food Systems Leadership Institute (FSLI) Fellow.

Dave Ripplinger

Dave Ripplinger

Instructor for: Energy and Agricultural Inputs

 

David Ripplinger is an assistant professor in the Department of Agribusiness and Applied Economics at North Dakota State University and a bioenergy/bioproducts specialist with NDSU Extension.  In these roles, he conducts research and provides support to the agriculture and energy industries.  He is currently chair of the National Extension Energy Initiative and he is a past president of the Transportation Research Forum.

Eric Hanson

Erik Hanson is an assistant professor in North Dakota State University's Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics. He teaches courses on agribusiness management and agricultural finance. Dr. Hanson completed his Ph.D. at the University of Minnesota in 2016. His doctoral research focused on occupational safety at agricultural cooperatives. Prior to that, he completed a master’s degree at the University of Illinois (2013) and a bachelor’s degree at Minnesota State University Moorhead (2011).

Katy Winecke

Program Manager and CHS Instructor

Katy Winecke is a certified trainer for Crucial Conversations, DiSC, Go MAD: Coaching & Feedback and Self-Awareness & Team Dynamics.  She also delivers leadership development programs; Leading for Impact and Leading for Results available through the Cooperative Leadership Academy.  She received her undergraduate and master’s degree from the University of St. Thomas and holds a certificate as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute.  Katy also is a Master Instructional Designer and has certificates in Facilitation and Accelerated Learning from the Association for Talent Development.
