Question:	What is included in the virtual conference?
Answer:	Registration includes full and unlimited access to all sessions, networking features, live chat ability with experts in the Genius Bar, and information from our sponsors from Tuesday, November 3 to Thursday, November 5, 2020.

Question:	Who can attend Connect 2020?
Answer:	All Stibo Systems customers, as well as anyone who has been invited by a Stibo Systems representative, can attend the virtual Connect conference.

Why should I participate in Connect 2020?

Answer:

Connect offers a wide variety of interactive and educational sessions for business and IT professionals at any stage of their careers and will enable you to:

Learn tips and tricks from other customers and master data experts that you can apply to your organization;
Network with peers and Stibo Systems experts;
Increase the return on your investment by learning how to leverage master data to solve the challenges you face every day;
Acquire tools to break through operational barriers and inspire your organization's multidomain master data management vision.

Question:	I’ve received my registration confirmation, but how do I get access to the virtual platform?
Answer:	Before the conference opens, we’ll send you a direct link with instructions on how to access the virtual platform. During the conference, you can watch as many sessions as you wish at a time that’s most convenient for you, as well as interact with attendees, Genius Bar experts, speakers and sponsors throughout the event.

Question:	I’ve not received my registration confirmation
Answer:	Please check your spam filter, perhaps the registration confirmation ended in your spam folder.

Question:	When will the sessions be available to view?
Answer:	The Connect conference allows unlimited access to each session, which means attendees can view any session listed on the agenda at any time during the three days of the conference. Because Connect is a global conference, sessions can be viewed at any time of day, starting at 8 am Australian Eastern Standard Time on November 3, 2020 until 5 pm Hawaii Standard Time on November 5, 2020.
