(includes 1 manual and registration for up to 4 people, $5 per additional participant

Additional Cooking for Crowds: A Volunteer's Guide to Safe Food Handling manuals can be purchased for $17 each.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations received up toMar.19, 2018 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after this date however substitutions are allowed.

The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If an event is canceled or postponed, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
