Fee: $695

CANCELLATION AND CREDIT POLICY:

The expenses On Course incurs to host a virtual event for each registrant cannot be credited if you do not cancel before the deadlines as stated below. You must follow the cancellation guidelines to avoid incurring an obligatory debt, whether your registration has been pre-paid or payment is still pending.

-Full credit* to be applied to any On Course event (conference or workshop) within 12 months if you cancel 30 or more days before the start date.
-50% credit* to be applied to any On Course event (conference or workshop) within 12 months if you cancel 15-29 days before the start date.
-No credit* if you cancel 14 or fewer days before the start date.

*As we reach the workshop dates, On Course has committed significant funding to the event. We cannot credit the amounts we have already committed on your behalf if you cancel within two weeks of the event start date. We will have purchased your share of the preparation of digital materials, virtual event hosting staff, event preparation staff, Zoom conference license space, etc and these costs are not refundable. Please plan accordingly and be certain to notify us immediately.
 
If registrant cancels/no-shows after start of workshop, no credit is available. Unpaid no-show registrations will receive a credit on the outstanding invoice of 50% but will still owe the remaining 50% of the total invoice since monies will have been paid already on their behalf. The attendee may have someone attend in their place at no additional cost. The same cancellation and credit policies will apply to the substitute registration.

Payment Message

Sorry, we do not currently accept credit cards for standard registration purchases. However, if your institution is required to use a credit card, we can arrange for you to pay the 4.9% fee to Cvent to use their credit card system.

: Please write, "Payable in US Funds" on the check; imprinted or typed (rather than handwritten) is preferred. FOR WIRE BANK TRANSFERS, please email: conference@oncourseworkshop.com

IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH A PURCHASE ORDER: 1. Print your invoice from the confirmation page, then submit it to your college accounts payable office for payment. Ask the office to make the check payable to: ON COURSE and include the attendee's name. 3. Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email.
