Course: Korn Ferry Leadership Architect

Dates: April 7, 14, 21 & 28, 2021

Time: 1:00pm to 4:00pm US Central Time

Registration Deadline is March 31.

Virtual training requires a different type of engagement than a traditional classroom session.  Our expectations for virtual attendees are as follows:

• Attend all four webinar sessions with active participation throughout.
• Complete all pre-work and in-between session assignments - 3 hours of pre-work prior to the first session.
• Submit a follow up test on course content.
• Complete the Adobe Systems check (details will follow registration)
• Make the most of live online learning. Create the right learning environment.
• Find a quiet space without distraction.
• Use headphones for audio portion. **All classes will use VOIP for audio. We recommend using a USB headset.**
• Stand up or use the fidget toy that will be sent in your materials to help with attention.
• We expect that the course will have your full attention. Please turn email and all other non-training related windows off on your computer.
• You will be using multiple windows as part of the training at times. Multiple screens are optional.
• Have all materials for that day’s session in front of you. We will send you which materials will be needed for which sessions at a later date.
• Have desk space in front of you for card sorts during sessions. 
• Keep your line on mute when you are not speaking.

All sessions will be recorded for distribution to course attendees as reference tools post-session. Portions of the recordings may be used in faculty training resources within Korn Ferry. Registration will be considered consent to be recorded.
