Conference fees

Early bird - Limited availability of 500 places at a reduced rate of £405 + VAT. 

Please note early bird bookings must ensure payment is received within 30 days of booking or the £75 + VAT discount will be removed and revert to a full price standard booking.

Standard conference fee (will apply once early bird tickets have sold out) of £480 + VAT.

Group bookings (five or more) will receive a reduced rate of £405 + VAT. To qualify for a group booking all delegate bookings must be made at one time and one invoice will apply for the group. 

Small schools (100 or fewer pupils) will receive a reduced rate of £380 + VAT.

VAT is chargeable on the conference fee, however, this may be reclaimed from HM Revenue and Customs by schools through their normal VAT reclaim route.

Group bookings will receive a reduced rate of £405 when they reach 5 or more group members.

Conference dinner (optional)

If you wish to attend the Conference dinner on Thursday 10th June please select Conference dinner - £65 + VAT.

Accommodation (optional)

Costs for overnight accommodation will not be included on your invoice; you will need to pay all hotel costs direct to the hotel on departure. Any cancellations or non arrivals for all hotels will be invoiced as per the terms and conditions of booking.

You will need to indicate your preferred hotel and nights required (Wednesday 9 June and/or Thursday 10 June 2021 only) by entering the check in/ check out dates that you require in the boxes on the form.

We have the following hotels available, please note hotel rooms are on a first come first served basis. All rooms costs are inclusive of VAT and are for a bed and breakfast, double room with single occupancy. Should you have any special requirements please make sure to add this to your booking in the appropriate box.

NB. To avoid confusion if you book accommodation through us please do not contact the hotel directly as whilst your booking is confirmed, bedroom names are not sent until 28 days prior to the conference and the hotel will not have a record of individual names.
