Registration Categories and Fees

Registration will be available online through Dec. 31, 2020.

Early-Bird Full Conference

$300 (available through Oct. 31)

Standard Full Conference

$350 (available starting Nov. 1)

Early-Bird Student/Resident/Fellow Full Conference

$65 (available through Oct. 31)

Standard Student/Resident/Fellow Full Conference

$75 (available starting Nov. 1)

CME

$50 (in addition to above fees)

The AAMC uses an online registration system. No hard-copy registration forms will be available. All fees listed are in U.S. Dollars.

Early Bird and Full Conference Registration

The full conference registration fee includes access to all plenary sessions and concurrent sessions. In addition, registration provides access to session recordings after the event as well as additional content in the months following the conference. This content includes research in medical education papers, medical education abstracts, posters, and a series of webinars in December 2020 and January 2021.

Payment Methods

Credit card payments made with American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover will generate an automated registration confirmation via email. Purchase orders are not accepted.

Substituting a Registration

Confirmed registrations may be transferred to a colleague if the original registrant is unable to participate in the meeting. To do so, email learnservelead@aamc.org for assistance.

A Special Note for People With Disabilities

Financial Hardship Scholarship Application

If you would like to apply for a hardship scholarship please submit this form no later than October 9, 2020. The application deadline date has passed and we can no longer accept applications.
