Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refunds: A full refund will be issued if notice of cancellation is received prior to the registration deadline of April 23, 2018, unless class materials have been distributed. No refunds will be issued if notice of cancellation is received after the registration deadline. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.

Cancellation: The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If an event is canceled or postponed, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

Other: Returned checks will be charged a $20.00 processing fee.
