Coronavirus:  SFA is aware that our conference attendees are concerned about the COVID-19 situation.  In an abundance of caution, we want to pass along some of the best practices that have been issued by participants in this conference, as well as other conference events.  If you have traveled to/from Mainland China in the past 14 days, transited through Mainland China in the past 14 days, or have been in close contact with someone who has a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis, it is advisable to avoid attending large conferences, being in close proximity to others, or being in large crowds.  Additionally, as always, please exercise good judgement and good hygiene while traveling.  As February is part of our annual flu season, if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, it is always wise to refrain from travel.

We remain in close contact with the Nevada health department and are closely monitoring all news from the CDC and State Department. But, again, in an abundance of caution, we advise smart decisions and good judgement on the part of all attendees.

The CDC guidance around prevention of the spread of the Novel Coronavirus and the flu continues to be:

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick

How do I modify my registration?  

• In order to modify a registration you will need the email and confirmation number associated with the registrant you are trying to modify.

• Once that information is obtained please click here to begin the process.
• Please fill out the email and confirmation. Once that is completed please hit OK on the bottom right corner.
• Hit the blue Modify button and then you will be able to make any necessary modifications.

How do I substitute my registration?

• In order to substitute a registration, you will need the email and confirmation number associated with the original registrant.
• Once that information is obtained, please click here to begin the process.
• Please fill out the email and confirmation. Once that is completed please hit OK on the bottom right corner.
• Click on the More Options drop down button.
• On that drop down menu, click on substitute registration.
• Input the information of the person you are trying to substitute the registration to.
• Hit Confirm and the registration is now substituted.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my hotel room reservation?

• No, our hotel policy states, each reservation is subject to a two night non-refundable deposit, equal to two night’s room/suite rate plus tax, at the time the reservation is made. Reservations that are cancelled will not receive a refund of the deposit.  Hotel Room Policy can be viewed here.
  

How do I get a receipt for my hotel room reservation?

• In order to get a receipt, please email ariaconvention@aria.com. Please include the attendee name, confirmation number and last four digits of the credit card used to book when requesting a hotel room receipt from the Aria.
  

How do I modify my hotel room reservation?

• To modify or cancel an existing hotel room reservation with the Aria, please contact the Contact Center.  Their hours of operation are 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. PST.

When does the hotel room block close?

•  The Aria Resort & Casino SFVegas 2020 hotel room block is on a first come, first served basis and you must be registered for the conference. The SFVegas 2020 hotel room block will close January 22, 2020 unless it reaches capacity before that date.
