Question:	How will the session be delivered?
Answer:	The session will be delivered by WebEx. WebEx details will be provided in a separate email after your registration has been completed.

Question:	Can anyone attend the TeamMate University TMA course?
Answer:	The courses are open to any TeamMate clients.

Question:	Do attendees need to have a current TeamMate Analytics license?
Answer:	No. For those without a TMA licence, we will provide a 30 day trial licence.

Question:	Must TeamMate Analytics be installed before participating in the session?
Answer:	Yes, this is a hands-on session and attendees should have the latest version available at the time of training, currently 7.2 installed.

Question:	Is Certification/CPE credit offered for TeamMate University classes?
Answer:	Yes, 7 hours of CPE are provided for attending the full 2 sessions.

Question:	What times do the classes run?
Answer:	Sessions before 31st Oct 2020 run from 9.00am to 12.00pm BST (GMT + 1) Sessions after 31st Oct 2020 run from 9.00am to 12.00pm GMT

Question:	Will workbooks or manuals be provided, and if so, will they be distributed electronically?
Answer:	A participant guide will be provided electronically. Example data files that will be used during the class will also be provided.

Question:	Is attendance for the classes limited?
Answer:	Our courses are limited to a maximum of 12 attendees.

Question:	What is the minimum number of registrants needed for a class not to be cancelled?
Answer:	There must be a minimum of 3 registrants for each class. If less than 3 participants register, the class will be cancelled. Please verify that minimum registration numbers have been received by sending an email to TeamMateEMEATraining@wolterskluwer.com

Question:	If I cancel my registration, can I receive a refund or apply the fees to a future class?
Answer:	Yes, you can receive a full refund or apply to fees towards a future class in 2020.
